In light of what I posted last week regarding the Iranian gentleman sentenced to death for apostasy from Islam, I think an update/correction is in order. In my post, I called Mr. Nadarkhani a brother in Christ and referred to him as a pastor. Unfortunately, upon further review, the reality is that Mr. Nadarkhani is not a brother in Christ, for this reason: he has the wrong Christ. As a result, he cannot be called a true pastor as he is not shepherding God’s sheep, but an anti-Trinitarian sect that has a number of very confused people on a damning path.
You can get more information here, but let me say in agreement with the linked article: prayers for Mr. Nadarkhani need to be even more urgent than previously thought. This time, pray not just for his release in this life, but for him to come to the truth and have salvation in the next.
